🤍 Appointment & Deposit Policy. Your time is highly valued, and these slots are reserved especially for you. To protect our schedule, please review our booking rules: Cancellation Fee (Quick Services): For shorter services that do not require a deposit, a credit card is held on file. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: To protect the buffer time for the next client, guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the policy fee will apply.
